Each existing franchise has an existing client base predominantly made up of families. New customers are obtained using a variety of methods conducted by contract canvassers and the franchisees. Franchisees operate a delivery vehicle and visit the Franchise Support Office at least twice a week if operating in the metropolitan area. Alternative arrangements are available for country operators. Franchisor support includes two weeks intensive field training and support and assistance from field supervisors and sales staff.
